Night Shades

I tinted my tail lights this past summer. They looked good, but they were just too dark! Plus I didn't mask the back-up lense, making reverse a night a challenge!

I decided to strip them down and redo with 2 coats instead of 3, plus I masked the back-up lense.

So this group of pics is a timeline of the progression.

Upper left - three coats of tint and to clear coats.

Upper right - stripped back to the OEM look.

Lower left - two coats of tint drying. (Will clear coat in a few days)

Lower right - installed! (Much nicer backing up at night)
