SSuperSport
I rarely ever WOT at a low speed but then I only have 2500 niles on my stock truck. On the occasion that I do WOT and stay on it till a shift into second I get a bog in power which is not a surprise but at shift there is a short squeek or squeal as the trans shifts. Is this normal? The noise IS coming from under the truck. Thanks, Kevin
popeye55
i am not sure about a trans squeek but i get squeek from the belt slipping on the pulleys on a real hard shift. try checking the belt and pulleys. that would eb a easy and quick fix if you have not tried that. SSuperSport
OK, maybe the noise is coming from under the hood. Thanks for the quick fix!! It does sound like it is probably belt slippage. Kevin

SSuperSport
I think that a tune from someone is in order. I just ordered a flopro 2504 muffler and a pair of Gibson sport tips. I will do a CAI soon and then look into the tune.
