I have a Magnacharger Radix Intercooled part number 01-12-60-001 off an 03 silverado ss. It is complete with the exception of the fuel pump. I have only put about 10k miles on it since I sent it to magnacharger to get rebuilt. It is the silver (not polished) model. It was running perfect when I took it off SS to trade in about six months ago...I was going to keep it to put on something else, but it looks like it might be a while. I dont know what the going rate is for used super chargers but I am looking at getting 4500 out of it. I would prefer to do pick up but I can ship if necessary.
