Im in sville, the market here is pretty reasonable. You can get a little rent house's around 1400-1600sq foot all day for good price's. Alot of them are rented out to college kids, but I have been noticeing the prices creeping up. But yea you can get a nice house for 100k, and average rent is 500-800 for 3bedroom 2bath. A know alot of people that buy houses down here, flip them and make 20-30k easy. As for sville nice clean town average college town.
