ill be going to indy for the F1 race over the weekend of the 16th-18th of june. if they are still out there Ill try to get some pics.

ill be in brookings for a few more years yet as well. there are a couple SSS clones up here. one tried to race me down 6th street but i blew his doors off.

i thought the stock SSS was limited at 114. ive had mine faster than 109 before. and i also agree...very good story. there is alot of stories blown out of proportion on just about any forum.

id love to go to the zippy event. its about 12 hours from brookings though. although it would be worth it. hows the night scene downtown in michigan???

im from eastern south dakota...brookings to be exact. i wouldnt mind gettin together with some of the minnesota folk to check out your trucks...i dont think there are many people from south dakota on here.

Here is my setup. I dont have very good pics of just the exaust yet, but i went with 3 1/2 inch tips angled out the corners of the box. i love how it sounds and how it echos off things.

if one is to get the hptuner program...can i get a tune from zippy, or revolution raceworks, etc and put their tune on my truck with it?
also whats the difference between the standard and the professional?

onyx - where did you get the tinted billet grill for your truck (i saw it in your sig) that is nice. i wanted to go billet on my truck but i was thinkin its almost too much for my taste. but those tinted grills are awesome

What would you guys suggest for the sound system in the SSS. I really like the Bose system with the 6 disk changer but I would like to add some more bass to the truck.
Should I go with an aftermarket deck or keep the bose and throw in some 10" subs.
Also, is there a way to keep the stock receiver and go with siruis without having the external sirius receiver dash mounted?? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

tirerack.com has some rims you can look at on a silverado i beleive...it may not be an ss though
