Great pics and GTG! wish we had more truck peeps down this way~ We can pull together a few dozen F bods, GTOs, Vettes, but I'm the lone truck, save for 3 others on our board who could care less about their trucks. Love the ASS on the silver NBS.

looks good man, wish i could take some pics of my truck at the beach...too bad id have to drive like 10 hours to get to one. are you running a 305 tire? a buddy of mine got the 420's in the stock width and to me they take away the awesome look of that tire. yours look alot wider than his.
Yeah, the only benefit to living here is the proximity to the beach. I'm enjoying it for now, we're building a house, and I'll be 30 minutes away from the water...That's the bad part. I'll be 30 Minutes away from Tourists and Spring Breakers is the good. ;)
Yeah, they're 305/50s. So far, so good. They do posess the signature Nitto flat spot tendencies, and since my truck is likely to sit for between a week and a month at a time, that's always lovely. Otherwise, I like 'em fine...320 miles so far.

Yep, it's just an ebay cheapie, less than $100 to my door. I wish it was designed to use the corner pods, but it wasn't. Other than you guys, nobody knows it's not real. Me, I just don't care, since my truck's obviously not an ISS.

I have a Wheatly tune but I need to install my shift kit and change the trans fluid. If I put my factory pcm in will it be ok for a month or so until I get a new tune???

Haha, Odd. There was a time when I saw more red around here than others, but it seems that black has taken over. I'm pretty sure i'm the only red in our county.

Nice truck man, love the bowtie. I want to get a wing like that too but I think the way I had my Linex put on may screw up the mounting process.
I doubt it, unless your spray-in is 1/2" thick.

So far, so good- They have roughly 200 miles on 'em.
I don't drive the truck much, save for trailering or the occasional romp to the mountains in the snow season. -

Yeah, black basecoat, 3M pinstripe tape, then clear topcoat.

chaulk up one more Silverado 55 to the list. I was at work and driving through Salem, MA the other day during a torential downpour (so no pics) and I saw a black 4x4 with the "55's" on the doors and tailgate (wrong side). They were so sloppily placed too. no uniformity to the placement of the pieces and each one was upside down.
as I was typing, I remembered a true SS that I saw in the fall and one door had the "55". must have been an accident victim.
Salem, huh? Must have been a Witche55.
OK, that was weaksauce. I admit. ;) Speaking of, your potential "55"s should be there by tomorrow I would think.

That tailgate protector looks like the plain SSS "spoiler" to me. Those emblems, that exhaust, and the goofy wheels... Damn am I glad we're not close to Mexico.
