  1. Anyone Wanna Trade An Ss Towards An '08 Duramax?

    Well as I figured, it would not be hard to sell the Duramax LTZ. Put it on Craig's List and an hour and a half later it was sold. So..... Now to find my SS. I would really like a Black one, has to be AWD. Some mods OK, but would prefer stock ride height and naturally aspirated. I keep watching on here, but if I miss one someone has, please let me know. Thanks for your responses. I never did get pictures. I have one somewhere I'll have to post as the "was". Thanks.

    ok i went to take a look at the truck it was a peace of S*** i would not give the guy 4000$ for the truck its in greenville NC if any one wonts a junker to part out lol im still on the look out for a 2004,05 im next to the Bristol Race Track in TN if Any one Has one for Sale

     

     

    I have an 04 SSS, mildly modded and been thinking about selling. It has 37K and never seen a winter. The only thing is I want 20K but its gonna be sitting for the winter so it's not going anywhere.

    OK, Unfortunately I'm not going to make it to this years LVD weekend because of finances. I had to cancel reservations at the motel, so there is a free room for rent if needed. This house is starting to be a slight pain in the pocket, so I think the SSS is going to be sleeping for the winter now....I want to see some good pics up after the weekend and there better be some videos too!!!

    We know any dates yet? Sooner I know the sooner I can ask for the weekend off. Thanks

     

     

    If anything, I think we should go for another weekend or see if we can find a hotel out of the area. The track could be packed that weekend because I think more people from surrounding areas would take advantage of the 3 day weekend. If we go another weekend, I believe we could all get at least twice the amount of runs in on a less busy weekend. But again, that depends on the schedule of the track.

    wet shot, 75hp, 100hp, and 125hp nozzles. All hardware, window switch, WOT switch, blue L.E.D. purge valve kit, blow down tube, bottle. I wanted to install this entire kit, but I can't seem to come across the extra 900-1000 for new tune and install. All cost me about 975. If anyone wants to buy it, all brand new in the box- 550 for everything

    Well, I'm not gonna make this one. This house is killing me...but I def will be coming to LVD for the fall trip. I recently fell into a problem with the SSS, one of my cutouts is stuck open and not responding, so I'm afraid to drive and get pulled over.. . "sorry officer, my exhaust is loose, i'll fix it...I promise" lol

    thank yall for your input...i was recently thinking of cutting out the cats completely and replacing them with the cutouts... do you think that would throw out any codes? :chevy:

     

    Maybe it could throw a code. There are O2 sensors after the cats too, and that might change a reading resulting in a code. But, it would sound pretty kick ass!
