    :confused: Hello Guys,

    I want to go in some ways the wrong way. We all know that Our TOYS have a love for GAS. With the price over $4:00 I want to change out my gears. I know that this truck is very heavy. Any of you guys have a idea how the truck will run at road speed with a set of 3.73 or 3.43. :mad: I know that the 2006 RWD SS has 3.73 but it's not as heavy as the 03 to 05's

  5. What Gears To Go With?

    Hello Guys, :cheers:

    I want to go the other way. My SS has the 4L65E Transmission. What I want to do is down grade my Gears. With the cost of Gas these days, I would like to change to 3.73 or 3.43 gears. I know that his is a very heavy truck. Do any one have a ideal how the truck we run at speed limit with both of those gears? :chevy: 562 H.P.

  10. Tire Replacement

    It is time for new tires after 30,000 miles with a couple of rotations. Has anyone used General Grabber UHP? I have heard that they may be noisy. I am thinking of plus-sizing to 295/50, instead of stock size 275/55. The overall diameter is about the same (only 0.1 inch difference). Has anyone experienced any tire rub with the plus size?

    I think that the General in a great tie, but I also like the 305/50.

  12. L 92 Heads

    He's better off doing a cam swap anyways...costs less and will yield more power than heads. Lingenfelter GT2-3 cam is mild to the thunder racing blower cam that is fairly wild. Choose your poison.

    Thats the same truck that I have. Even one that replyed to my note was right. (But The First Guy). The heads will not work with my supercharger. So I will go with the Cam. When are you going to install your cam? I'm looking for a races sound. :D:ughdance:

    HELLO GUYS,

     

    I HAVE A 2003 SILVERADO SS THAT I HAVEINSTALLED A MAGAN SUPERCHARGER. I WOULD LIKE TO UP GRADE MY HEADS WITH A SET OFF GM's L-92's. HAVE ANY ONE OF YOU GUYS MADE THIS MOVE YET?? IF SO WHAT OTHER MODS DID YOU DO AND WHAT KIND OF HP AND QT CAME FROM THIS MOD?? I AM LOOKING TO UPGRADE THE CAM ALSO, SOMETHING IN THE ORDER OF ( 222/226) 566/569 114 .
