Had the power steering system flushed and the brake fluid flushed/bleed at the dealer using the Tech2. WOW! Rock hard pedal with amazing clamping force. The truck stops effortlessly now. It was expensive (very expensive) but hydroboost and Z06 conversion was worth it!

If i where yall i would jump on the bear 6s for sale on here, only like $500 more and you get 6 pistons on all corners! If only my wheels would clear the big brakes :/

Hey guys, I just got a new bumper for my ss but I'm missing both air ducts. I found some online but they're really expensive does anybody know where I can get some for cheap?

Theres a guy that makes them here out of fiberglass for like 170shipped, still too expensive for me for being fiberglass tho. Good luck im on the hunt also for some.

Quick Question, when ordering stainless steel brake lines for a Z06 conversion, I order the lines for the SS... not the Vette.. correct? Also, anybody have apart # because every site contradicts each other about that fits my truck! grrr!

Yeah get the lines for your truck, it should be the 5 piece kit (if you have rear discs)

Finally got me a corsa muffler,,,, the one off my old SS lol.

You should be fine, had it put on today and love it, very quiet tho whitout the longtubes lol almost stock whit alittle rumble. Had 3" pipe bent from the Y-pipe back to the muffler and dumped and cost me $40.

Yeah for my regular cab, just got the muffler since i plan to dump it and gonna have it raised the highest i can so it wont drag cause the pipes it came whit sat lower than the frame on the SS.

Yeah ima stay 2wd since ima have this thing on the ground, i might just do headers and the main bolt ons and a small cam in the 220/224 range, Just something to cruise around in.

FYI the SS can outrun a Tornado, I know this because it did this afternoon on the way to work. It's some really scary stuff to be driving for your life cause there's no where to take shelter on the highway...

Yeah honestly i just want something thats slammed to the ground (of course done right) i really dont want to notch the frame but maybe by the summer/fall if i still have the SS ill do a 5/7ish drop..........im not happy at all whit the 3/4 drop (look wise) its too high for me lol

Nope no ffers over 20K yet, im still undecided cause lets say i sell it, by the time i buy a regular cab, do rims, drop, 6.0L swap big brakes ect. ect. ill probly be @ 20K+ and at the end of the day it will be a "clone"
