I spent two (2) years looking for such a black as you are seeking, for my 56' buick. I settled on "dodge viper black". Blackest black I could find. DJ-

whats your mechanical ability? I would suggest doing it yourself. It's not that difficult and can be done with general tools and knowledge. also - go rear springs, or you'll regret it. Don't do hangers, shackles, or any of that garbage. DJ-

Shaun, I'll do my best not to be discursive. I just wanted to stop in and say hi and good luck with the build. Looks like you've got your hands full. That being said; this setup should turn out nice! I wish I was closer to help you. Take care, Derek

I'll keep this short and sweet- In fear that a "mod" ( ) will swoop in and lock it in 5 minutes. Well the time has finally come- Like my father always said, "you can't polish a terd son". I've officially decided to clock out from SilveradoSS.com. I want to say thanks to everyone who has helped me over the years, whether it was with the truck, other projects, or personal issues. I've made a lot of good friends here, and had the opportunity to chat with a great group of knowledgeable guys that enjoy a lot of the same interests as me; unfortunately we're doing this via the crappiest truck enthusiast website that exists (IMO). It's just not like it used to be, and it seems it will never come back around. I've been very tempted to leave in the past but always opted to stick it out longer in hopes the site would take a turn for the better. In short the people who created this website really don't give a shit about it or the people on it. Most mod's are complete assholes and or do nothing to contribute to the site besides showing thread power from time to time. Some have never even spent time on the site before becoming a mod. This website is constantly on the back burner, I'm sure this needs to explanation. I'll be on performancetrucks.net (JaymzSS), gmfullsize.com (JaymzSS), and teambuick.com (56_Buick) for those who want to stay in touch. For those of you who have my cell, You know you can hit me up whenever you want to. I always have been, and always will be a fan of the Silverado SS and GM products, Just not this site! Sincerely, D.J

you'll spend 5x more tuning a turbo than you would a bolt on radix or tvs. Plus you don't have to have as many supporting mods with a supercharger vs. turbo to make decent power. Supercharger all the way and don't look back. You can call me if you want to discuss it further. Pm me for my #
