  2. Two questions, Creed (or anyone else coming from north of Albany), do you think it's faster to take 90 past rt 20/9 to get to New Lebanon an then cut north on 22 near the border, or just take the 20/9 exit (11E) and go along on that one?

2nd, they have "crew parking" right? Where you go through the entry gate where they load the racers and park closer to the pits right, not right behind the grandstands?

I can bring my large snell approved helmet if anyone needs one (does have some scratches on it where it was dragged on the ground, not sure if that matters to safety techs).

My tires should be on by 5 pm tonight,

The way I come down from the north is get on 90 from 787 and get off exit 11 e ST-20,

That has always been the best way for me, There's plenty of room to pass if you get stuck behind some farm tractor.

I have my bike in my truck, I have a XL Shoe if anyone needs a helmet.

  3. I don't have any advice. But I was thinkin about doin that, I'm not sure anymore though.

Ther's a few things I can do to make it work but I'm pressed for time.

I will prolly just get the cheap flipped down frame.

You might not have a problem with your truck because the roll pan might sit slightly higher althought I'm not sure?

  4. BSEr roll pan - properly installed

Hidden Hitch- one of the few that fits

Prestigiuos pivoting plate frame- isn't working without some modifications

standard ball receiver- 9" lenght 2' drop - as you can see is hitting the plate frame

It looks like i'm going to either modify the plate frame or buy a basic flip down version. I'm not going to space the trailer hitch down from the frame.

anyone have any pics of there set up, is everyone using the standard 9" length?

    thanks;

  5. I have been given the chance to pick up a precision grilles hinged license plate bracket for a good price to complement my newly arrive BSER roll pan,

I was wondering if anyone has uses it commen st or concerns would be much appreciated.

  6. Another option for long tube headers is here for our 6.0l awd trucks.

Thanks to Al and Stainless Works for fabbing up Long tube headers, off road pipes and a True Dual catback on my 03 SSS.

The Long Tubes cleared everything and the intermediate pipe did as well. I opted for no cats. No plug wire clearance problems and the rear tips don't burn the bumper cover. All issues i have seen with other kits.

From the cat pipes they ran true dual 2.5 to two of there strait through mufflers and exited under the rear bumper. The muffler are 18" long but I belleive longer queiter ones may be avaliable. The kit will clear the spair and trailer hitch with no problem. Also I have the truck lowered 3.5" in the rear and the pipes have plenty of room above the axle.

As far as the sound I love it. Very little drone and it screams at wot. The throttle response feels great with the headers and i have defineatly noticed a gain across the powerband.

Heres some pics and i hope to post a sound clip tommorow.

As far as when the stuff will be available, I'm not sure, I just picked up the truck friday.

The parts are true 304 stainless with 1.75 primarys and 2.5 collectors.

I highly recommend any of this kit.

  7. Really I believe I need the whole bumper not just the skin, b/c lookin at it far away it twisted the bumper and maybe the brackets as well. I'm going to go outside like now and see exacty what i need.

I have the whole bumper, I upgraded some of the bolts the stainless and the cneter section has been powder coated black.

    check out my cardomain page

whatever you need let me know,

I can meet you somewhere on the NY thruway if your close to the border.
