thanks guys! did i just start sumin there!? as for the headliner i bought the suede myself and then paid 50 bucks or sumin like that to have it glued...i cut it for him already though so all he had to do was glue it down smooth

buy one bed side cladding lik eabove from sae autoparts on ebay.......he will deal with you also! its gonna be your best bet

def! after all this time the slightest problem will get taken care of right away! ill post up pics tomro but if two peepl are saying the wexact same thing and have pics to back it up i feel confident!

thanks guys i talked to my guy i bought the gaskets frm and he sed they are the only ones they make for the 6.0l and i saw pics on gmfs from another guy that are mine and he sed it was wierd but they are the ones!

i got my gaskets in the other day and i looked at them just now and it seems like somen is off. inbetween the cylinders are v-slots on the top and bottom. same in the heads. i take it these are the cooling ports?! on my gasket there are just two small hole in those port sections. no big v slot like the block it self..... i kan get pics if needed but i was nt sure if this was a stupid easy thing! 2004 lq4 6.0l with 317 alum. heads thanks __________________

lol.....after waiting for allll my stuff to come in i finally was able to get going and start the rebiuld. i thought my torque wrench was set right but it wasnt aparently becuase i cracked off the corner of my oil pan with the amount of torque it had. just as i was about to say man this seems like way wayyyy way too much my lil bro goes "ooooo shit!" and starts to walk away i looked down and he sed ill be back wen u cool off.... lol the piece of metal just slowley cracked off the corner theres no way to repair it i wudnt trust it... im pist but i think i shud be able to find somen soon.....

like it ses longstory short i broke my oil pan and need a new one and bolts! what a way to start rebiulding your engine! let me know if you got nething

im not trying to sound like a wise ass but why so low on the torque converter? ive only seen poeple put 3000 or higher in aftermarket. what does going with a 26oo do ??

im looking to do up the how to for the 10 bolt rear end. i got oem 4.10 gears and i want to get the the girdle and arp kit like in the how to. i have to buy a master install kit for the gears and while im at a true trac will be installed as well. anyone know or buy the cover from the guy on ebay? also ive read the gasket is junk and to use the silicone?

it was this slime green colored stuff...professional inteiror shop used it in a spray gun. its professional not the can stuff. i will only use them in the future the can glue is okay for small things but with summer heat and winter cold the headliner is just too big for it to really hold on to,

thanks guys! i rllllllly like it i just put a few coates of wax on it.....looks sharp! i got pulled over the other day by the same cop who pulled me over before for window tint... when he asked me to roll up my window for the tint meter he realised it was legal (i have 35% legal for mass.) he made an excuse of my black interior reason for looking darker! hahahahaha i was like its acutally grey but black grey dark tint light tint he sed yea well i dont know how but i cant see inside and i need to by law..... he suks but i got suede i like it!
