  1. My best guess at a fix would be to remove the pan, replace the leaking temp sender with a piece of wooden dowel, drill out the damaged bung with a hole-saw that is the size of the outside diameter of the new bung, (or very slightly larger), and have a different welder weld in the new bung.

In case you are not familiar with hole-saw's; You will need the wooden plug for the 1/4" drill bit, (in the center of the hole-saw), to guide the hole-saw.

There are different grades of hole saw's so you will want to study those in order to match the tool to the material your working with.

Good luck, man, and let us know how the fix goes.

    Yup, this exactly

  2. Don't be mad cause u can't afford them it's obvious all u fools don't know what ISS parts cost if ur local dealer has them new @ 1000 why haven't u bought it oh wait ur waiting to catch a deal on a stolen on!!!!

He's to high on prices I call him he wants 700 for headrest and 1000 for the wing dayuuuuuuuum that's high what are they made off gold or what ,!!!!!!,! Lol

Well of course his prices are high, he prolly risked his life stealing them.

Sorry I don't need to steal its funny how haters who can't afford these type of upgrades always seem quick to assume shit is stolen if that was the case I'd be selling it all in Craigslist

This is not the place to start shit. The prices are high period.

  3. If you mean logging, log for as long as you like to get sufficient data. A good number of hits on the histogram in the cells you want to see what's going on in. a typical log for me consists of idling for a bit then driving at city speeds and conditions then highway with WOT pulls, and WOT pulls from a dead stop

As for tuning cars with cats i'm no expert by any means but I would go before the cat and tune in OL then close it up.

  4. I really need to find out if my crank is pinned. How hard is it and what has to be removed.

I was told my blower was installed at magnuson so idk if they might have done it

Taking off the crank bolt. Its a bitch to get off, and a bitch to put back on (remember you need a new one if you pull it-ONE TIME USE BOLT)

  5. Hptuners repository has lots of stock files, when I was tuning my truck I left the front o2's in so it can run closed loop then just pull the back drivers side o2, they were deleted anyways. But yea you can tune it in open loop and then close it back up after you're done. Hell my truck is running OLSD full time. No problems here.
