I'll add pictures later my edc is a Glock 20SF, the rest of mine are; DPMS LR .308 carbine, Remington 1100 12g, Norinco type 56 SKS, Type 53 carbine(China version of M44 Mosin Nagant carbine) and a American made Mosin built during WWI. As you can tell I prefer nothing smaller than a .30 cal lol.

  3. Sup fellows. I haven't been around since I traded the Denali and man I sure miss it. Been stuck in a 4Runner then a turbo legacy gt. I am finally back in a GM truck. Picked up a 04 Avalanche. Didn't pay any attention till I got it home but it made my day when I looked and saw that it had hydroboost brakes. All thag is done to it right now is a CAI and exhaust. The 5.3 is pretty anemic on top end with all the weight of the truck. Picked up a lq4 for free from a friend and will be turning it into a 370 before installing it. Seems good to be back on the forum and away from imports.

  6. I had this happen to the input and output shaft. Good luck. I found mine on car-parts.com for $600 w/40k on it out of a 04 SS.

  13. Or an adapter plate to run the factory 3 bolt TB which would more than likely negate the gains from the intake due to the factory TB size 78mm vs NNBS 87mm. I cant remember if its a member(s) on here or PTnet, ect but there are a few thats running it with the 78mm, but I havent heard any results.
  14. Started out on the trail blazer ss and with the new body style trucks in 07 became standard. What ive seen the LSXRT only make 20hp over the GMT900 intake and you can get a cmoplete GMT900 intake for around $300 or less.
  15. Let me go through my PM's IIRC it was zippy that i talked to who done this to a LQ4 and all he done was swapped out the INT vlv for a 2", EXH vlv is the same size as our 317's.. If yours has been milled you might want to run a thicker gakset to lower your CR some as it might be to high were the LQ9 has flat top pistons and the LQ4 has a dished piston.
  16. I talked to a guy who had done this swap and said that with the bump in CR (61.15cc vs 71.06) made up for the slight loss of flow. INT-200/EXT-70cc 706 vs 210/75 for the 317.
  17. +1. Wouldnt trade AWD for 2WD or even 4WD. Traction is never an issue. You'll love your SS in the snow.
  18. I would advise anyone to stay away from GM mudflaps if there the style that curves around on to the body. I pulled mine off to find rust on the front fenders.
  19. Sounds good. Im thinking about getting rid of the DI/DO flowmonster for two magnaflows. When you gonna get a set of LT's
