Where are the vids of the SSS's? The vid you posted of the CTSV would be more impressive if you loaded 1,500 lbs of dead weight into the trunk and then ran 10.85!

Jason's right, I removed my front wheels and wheel liners to install my headers - just pop the center out first then pry out the larger outer part.

Aren't you supposed to be a moderator who controls inappropriate posts and/or posts (like yours) that should be relocated to the, let's say, "my new truck" category?

haha, thanks gentlemen! Somehow I've been infected with an intense desire to race anything and everything I possibly can every time I drive my SS - especially anything fast like a vette or mustang

Based on the way my 2014 acted and now my '15, I would recommend waiting until around 1k to 1500 miles before doing the tune. The '14 seemed pretty sluggish until it broke in and now the '15 (which only has 28 miles on it) is acting the same way. After it hit around a thousand miles, it really woke up!

You have no idea...it was driving me completely insane yep, no depreciation at all. They simply did a trade and gave me what I paid them for it. The 2500 didn't have as good of rebates as the '14 and ended up costing about 2k more but I got a 2k discount because I'm a COSTCO member, then once I send them the VIN and fill out a form, they mail me a $600.00 cash card too. + this one has the 4g hotspot built in which is pretty sweet

Thanks John - I really like the beefiness of this truck...she's a beast for sure! I'd love to own a sweet 22' black tilt bed for the SS IF I had a place to store it 99% of the year when it wasn't in use. For now, I'll just stick with renting one for 50 bucks a pop

Thanks Ed, yeah I lucked out as this one just came off the truck yesterday with only 3 miles on it. It was exactly what I was looking for too + it was only 2k more than 2014 1500 with all the same amenities such as remote start, sound system, etc.

LT Gasser 6.0. Drives really nice. I love the towing package with the built in electric trailer brake. I think the vibration problem was with the shorter wheel base of the 1500 Silvy, so I decided to go with a bit longer bed...no vibration at all - test drove the hell out of it!

As some of you may know, I bought a 2014 CCSB about a month and a half ago and GM ended up buying it back due to a vibration in the drive line they could not repair. It really was an awesome series - Bumgarner was pretty much flawless and the Royals just couldn't crack the Bum code! The two out triple by Alex Gorden was just like pouring salt on an open wound though

I have the same issue and mine has only 1800 miles on it. It's been in the shop 3 times, rebuilt the rear end and it still does it. I just filed a complaint with the BBB yesterday and Kansas Attorney General. Got a call from the dealership where I purchased it and now they're going to buy it back with no depreciation! File a couple of complaints and you'll hopefully get things worked out...good luck man Exactly right. After their 3rd failed repair attempt, they called it within spec because Kansas allows 4 attempts.
