  1. Buy mine its a clean 03 black w/ 61k miles and a hell of a deal need to sell it fast, you could fly in and drive back sounds to me like a fun roadtrip Rt.66 ?

    BTW the whole buying from auction thing is no big deal 80% of all used car lots buy thier cars from auctions. It's just another way for dealerships to move cars fast, they take trade ins and take them to the auction to turn them in to cash.

  2. Sounds good man, I am adding some new pics of the interior to this post. I hate to sell it but I need to sell this truck fast, the new job has me driving about 500 miles a week and I hate to rack up the mile on the SSS. FYI I'm a Motivated Seller, cash talks.

  3. Is there a way to check the alternator w/o taking it off ? why would it idel fine but then once in gear it drops down low/stall ? I

     

    If it is the alternator i know its only a few bolts but how do you get the belt on/off and tight again do i need a special tool?

     

    Its and 03 so should i go w/ a 105 or 145 amp if i replace it ? Dose the 145amp need a different size belt ?

  4. Ok washed and detailed my truck last night and added a can of seafoam to the tank, I go to start up the truck and nothing happens. After a jump the truck starts and idels at 500-600rpm but once i put it in gear it drops to 400-200rpm and stalls half the time the volt meter also will go down as well before it stalls. Tday i go to the auto parts store and the batery is checked and comes confirms its toast so I put a new one in and the same thing???? Just before the new battery it threw a CEL , I dont know the code but the guy said it was all four O2 sensors.

     

    So what should I do, I'm going to start w/ cleaning the MAF ( this was done 3-4 months ago) and after this is it the alternator? and is there any way to check the alternator w/o taking it off and if so is this easy to change, never done it b4, thanks guys.
