    I am letting go of my LS2, It is fully built and ready to go, I think I'm going to pick up A 6.2L LS3 Block and stroke that. My LS2 has the following:

  4. F/S NEW LS2 6.0L Crate Engine (It has the LS2 Pan on it I can put a truck pan on if you want)

    I have a NEW LS2 6.0L GTO Crate Engine up for sale. Includes the Controller Kit And The Surp Drive SYS, I got this engine at A GMPP auction and was told it was in the Chevy Dealer Parts Department for a while when the parts guys robed the Water pump (I do have A New Pump For It) and exhaust manifolds from it. To sell them to a customer "Who Was In Dire Need Of Them", and they were going to order new but never did. And once they take off parts they cant sell it as new. I don't know how true that is, but I did have the engine gone over by my machine shop from top to bottom. They found that the engine has not been fired and it is in Brand Spanking new condition. The Engine has 243 heads with Hollow stem Intake valves and sodium filled Exhaust valves rated at 400hp. the part # is 19156261

    I'm asking 5,900.00 Plus Shipping for it, With The Controllers and Drive Kit. No Warranty due to the nature of the engine and its purpose lol Pay Rip You Off Fees Or Pay Pal Fees Are Extra.

  6. What size are the chambers on these heads? For compression curiosity.I am not very famiiar with them.Looks like they flow like crazy!!

    GMPP list's the chambers at 68cc but I have found them to be 69 to 70cc I can have them milled to what ever for $80.00. They do flow like crazy the As-Cast heads flow in the 320's out of the box. The ported ones keep pulling up in to the .800 Lift (range that is whare we stoped testing and we were in the 400's)

    I have a set on my Z and they are producing over 626whp, granted they are on a 427ci stroker but none the less we dynode over 850hp(crank) using methanol and a carb for our dirt late model. They are wicked heads!

  7. Hay Guys I have 2 sets of NEW LS3-LSX heads for sale one set is already ported and the other is not, I was going to build 4 backup engines for my Z but only wound up building 2. The LS3 head is buy far superior to the L92 they have the same intake ports but the comparison stops there. These heads include: 3 angle titanium race cut intake and exhaust valve seats, polished 2.165" 3 angle race cut hollow intake valves, 1.6" 2 angle race back cut sodium filled exhaust valves, Stock LS3 springs good to .570L.

    AS-Cast 260cc (275cc on ported heads) rectangular intake ports.

    AS-Cast D style (ported and polished on ported heads) Exhaust ports.

    AS-Cast CC chambers (Polished on ported heads)

    Stock flow# on AS-Cast heads and over 355cfm @.600L @ 28" on ported heads.

    These heads are my personal heads that I got from my company at wholesale prices combined in a bulk buy from GMPP I will sell the AS-Cast heads at what I paid for them and the ported ones for a discount. I do have complete intakes with injectors, clips and rails, that I got for my set up but they are LS3 intakes not L92 for the trucks or requires light mods to work. I have 2 sets of new off set rockers with bases as well.

    PRICES:

    AS-Cast= $785.00 + shipping

    Ported= $950.00 + shipping

    8 new off set rockers and bases= $80.00

  8. Well I got the new Ls7 block and am parting with my beloved LS1 block!!

    Get her while she is hot!!!!!!!

    I can also port the side walls on this block!!! Just kidding inside joke!!! lol

    I have taken out all the rough spots in the casting in the valley etc sweet block

    She is a 2001 block that I got new in 07 in a Bulk Auction.

    also is my 5.7L iron block up as well.

    i am asking 300.00 plus shipping on the iron block

    and 400 plus shipping for the LS1 Freight only

    each block comes freshly line honed OEM for N/A not boosted...

    let me know!!!

    I will include the New LS2 rods I have for the Ls1 for 100.00 extra..

  9. How many miles/passes are on them?

    Were they used with nitrous or FI?

    I assume they are 5.3L castings, is that correct?

    Who did the head work?

    What are the valve sizes?

    What is the chamber size?

    Do the rocker arms come with it, are they GM or aftermarket or have aftermarket trunions?

    What length pushrods are you using now?

    What kind of camming and manifolding is required to run correctly with these heads?

    The $1,000.00 I spent on the flow testing and porting, was mostly on flow testing.. $120. for2 head's each time I went...lol I went like 8 times hahaha that was when I was a rookie on the cathedral porting....Now I can get the same results in 1 or 2 tests...

    I got my cousins 5.3L stockers to flow...

    301 @600

    224 @600

    Using the stock valves..

    I have the Porting Power on the cathedral port heads down to a science now...

    after screwing up a couple sets early on in the learning process on the cathy port's...lol...hahaha

    I have been porting heads with my dad since I was little.....

    I do all our 979hp dirt late model heads...Ill include a pick of one of our Late Models....

    the heads have 45,000mi on them and 10 to 12 passes

    As stated in the auction

    2004 5.3L 862 castings

    THE INTAKE VALVES ARE 2.05

    EXHAUST ARE 1.60

    Combustion Chambers are 61.15cc

    Stock length push rods

    FAST 92mm or LS2/GTO 90mm Intake is best....

    I do have the Truck intake that we ported to the heads lots of torque but drops off at around 5200..

    As for cams that is up to you I was running a custom ground cam based on the flow #'s

    but a hot cam or LS6 0.550/0.551 PN 12565308 will work just fine. My Cam is in the 570's and 580's..
