    Would it be a bad idea for me to buy a MP112 and put it on the SS as a DD? Truck is mostly stock otherwise...

      Not at all. The 112 is a great DD. Just make sure you PIN THE CRANK and upgrade the trans.

      I was going to say if you drive it easy you might even see some minimal gains on mpg's. Mash it, you know the rest...

    A L92 rocker arm broke in half in the 6.0 in my 69 C10!!! What the heck...

      Ya its a salvage yard, Northwest Auto Parts. Someone already got all the cladding off the cab, but I bought the driver seat, so I can have a mint one!

    Just installed a larger transmission cooler on the SS, B&M 70274, and I put a new windsheild in last week! I'll post up a thread with pics of the cooler install in a while.

      same I have, but I have 2 looped together in line. Found these to be much higher quality over the TruCools, sorry t.cool lovers lol

    Got the transmission all installed everything back togeather get in hit the key and the starter won't engage, tested everything, replaced neutral safety switch on the trans and still nothing no power to the starter sol wire. Anyone ever have this problem?!?

      Okay I'm stupid the IGN A 40 amp fuse was blown this caused all sorts of problems. Fixed now truck is back up and running!

    There goes the right front wheel bearing/hub..... Just glad that sound wasn't the front diff blowing up!

    Got my transmission pulled today, easier than I expected! Now to figure out what its getting replaced with.

    Go to photobucket.com, and sign up for an account then click "upload images" and browse your pictures and select the the ones you want to upload. Once they upload to your photobucket you can post a link to the images so we can see the pictures of your SS!
