How much you sell em' back to me for?? lol, figured hell, might be cool to have a set of rims for the track with some track tires on em'

are those my tires and wheels??

no i don't i just know they are coming off of another Silverado 1500 the guy wants to trade straight up for my stock SS wheels

the tire size is a 295/35/24

so far my record is 73 dollars for a full tank from right above E on my truck then drove all the way to VA so i spent about...60 bucks in about 4 hours haha

so whats up guys, things have been crazy busy for me lately, got people looking to be going to afghanistan right now and work ups are a bitch and dealing with my divorce and working on my new relationship all at once and working on my truck i haven't been much on the computer but i have a question... i have a 2/4 drop on my truck...can i tuck 24's because i found a guy willing to trade straight up a set of SS wheels for his 24's and so just curious if it'd work or if it wouldn't and ya'll are the best people to ask by far.

i want to keep it AWD but i'm not sure what i'm going to do, i want to get the tranny from the vette as well and make it a manual truck but the would involve ALOT of work that i don't know if i have the time to really do i'm just playing it all by ear right now

So update on everything going on, i've got the engine sitting at my fathers house in VA, haven't been able to do anything with it since of course my DD is my SSS but guy at work is selling me his Piece o' Chit eclipse for 200 bucks (it runs and can get me to and from work daily) and he's mainly selling it because he bought a new GTI but hey it's a new DD, and gas friendly so now the build can start finally!

Yeah don't let them piss you off i let them piss me off once too here in jacksonville, i went in to get a a computer to scan my truck to erase the damn gas cap code (evap sensor) and the fat bastard in there (and that's putting it nicely) was like "what kinda truck is that" i said a Silverado SS and he procedes to say "never seen one of those, must be a clone since it's a military town and you all love to clone cars i said "no sir (still trying to be nice) it's the real deal" (here it comes) "oh, well, it's just a truck ti can't be fast there's nothing SS about it, just a silverado with a gas guzzleing engine that sounds fast and is about as fast as a snail on glue" ... he was a older fellow i was escorted out of auto zone by my friend britney as i'm flying off the handle ... the best line i was told i used as when he said he drove a civic and i said "WHAT THE F*** DUDE! MY ENGINE HAS MORE LITERS THAN YOURS DOES WITH CYLINDERS AND LITERS COMBINED!" oh i was heated... gotta love blinker fluid though... good stuff

thats what i'm figuring but i haven't done any internal mods, i bought the truck off a car lot and have been playing with it here and there and installed my CAI and exhaust and i got curious found this little place in my hometown took it there they let me do a few runs on it dad was pissed when i did it telling me how i can bust the cords in my wheels.

theres one in my home town of roanoke VA, it's about 5 hours from where i live here in Jacksonville

so friday night i'm coming back from Camp Lejeune and i'm just cruising in no hurry and i pass a TA WS6 and i get to a stop light and i see him sticking and moving through traffic and he's 2 cars back and i come around the turn and right before i make the right turn to goto my apartment he gets beside me revs it dumps it and chirps the tires.....i couldn't resist i drove to the next light and got beside him and light was red, and well the light turns green and i stomp it like it's cool knowing i'm going to lose but to my surprise we're both full throttle but i'm pulling him by like mid cab in my truck and i hit 60 and the truck hits 2nd and he lets off i let off and knowing he would of walked the dog on me i don't know how to count this one but we pulled into the gas station right by my place and said "damn man, that truck has some serious balls, never been pulled on by a truck before..EVER! mad props to you" so i'm taking it as i won but this and the AWD dyno i hit up is how i know something is going on inside my truck thanks to previous owner because i'm running 390 + / - 5 hp by the dyno and my torque is over 400 so yeah, i really wanna know whats done to my truck now, btu i have no clue who the previous owner is. but hey in my book he let off and i took down a WS6 but yes i know if he had of kept in on it....i'd of been toast

not sure of the mounting depth but i'm cutting the box where the subs magnet sit and then cutting out the bottom of the back seat and recessing the magnet through the top and into the seat then porting the box to give it plenty of air space, audio shop said there's no way to do it, i plan on proving them wrong

stock was 345hp 380 tq at least thats what i was told by a dealership, i dynoed mine and was making 390 and 410 but aparently mine has work done to it i don't know about by the previous owner
