  1. I towed cross country from NY to AZ with a 5X8 enclosed trailer that was maxed out with over 3,500 lbs in it and it was fine. I was a little paranoid also, so I went ahead and upgraded the tranny cooler before I started the trip. Passed everything on the road except a gas station!

  2. Have 25,000 miles on mine. They are 305/50/20 and are awesome. Great handling tires in any weather, even in snow I had no issues, but they really shine on dry pavement. As far as road noise, I never really notice the road noise because of the exhaust.

  3. I have the top of the line 2way with LED remote and remote start. I love it and wouldn't know what to do without it. The 2 way remote is rechargable (lasts about 3 weeks), awesome range. I would highly recommend. The only drawback was the installation and bypass module I had to get with it. Those together costs as much as the system.

  4. Well Last night I was just out cruising and decided that I needed to run and grab some smokes from the local stop and rob. I pull up to a light and make a right onto a wider 4 lane with a guardrail divider and I see a fast moving vehicle coming up on me. I haven't really had any bites up around here since I brought my truck up here, so I decide I would slow down and hopefully catch a light next to this car. When we pull up the light turns red and I see one of the 98 to 02 Trans Am Firehawks next to me. I got a little worried when I saw that. When the light turned green he punched it and I gave my truck a stab and just left the car by a half of a length right away. When the SS shifted to second I gained another car length, but had to back down around 65 because I was coming up to my turn. It was fun and got the heart racing a little. On the bad news side of the house, I was backing out of the store today and clicked the SS into Drive when I hear crunch. Some idiot in a V-6 Stang backed up and hit me in the rear of the bed just behind the tire. The bed didnt crease, and the cladding just flexed and went right back. It should be a relatively easy fix. I kept my cool and avoided yelling at that idiot.

  5. I don't know if it is far enough, but I think it is, I would stop in San Antonio. That's bad that I am suggesting that being from Houston. You could do the sightseeing thing downtown, Alamo (Not as impressive as i thought it would be), Riverwalk. There are a ton of bars on the Riverwalk if that is your thing. Just a suugestion. If you are going when it is a little warmer you could go a little North of San Antonio and do the Schlitterbahn thing.
