  1. Interesting. Of course you guys don't care to research a membership that started in May of 2010 when I researched the purchase of my SS? And Diggerdan, I see in your garage you have SOLD next to your 2005 hopped up SS. You have another one now? I would not have purchased an SS had it not been for the wealth of information I obtained in 2010 from this forum. Thank you to all who answered my questions, guided me on what to look for and clarified option compatibility and when certain options came and went. And in return for the counsel the members of this forum gave me I wanted to give them that love this marque the chance to own mine. Wouldn't you rather have a lead on a private party sale of a rig that has been owned by an enthusiast? Now the good news. I actually sold my SS to Franklin Spillman, the owner of EZ Go Motors, Arlington, TX. Of course he bought it for inventory, but at my asking price. As we left his company he shared with me that he was going to drive it for his personal demonstrator. We may have another enthusiast started. Signing off. Over and out.

    A long road home

Woodland, WA to Wichita, KS 1,867 miles. A long way to go to buy a pickup. But well worth it!
  3. Sorry to highjack the other guy's post. But would you send me the specs and any pictures on your red 05 SS AWD? [email protected] is the direct email. Thanks. WileECoyoteSr.
  4. I just priced Tonneaus today and your victory red would be perfect at your asking price of $450 but shipping it to Kansas is going to put it back out of range for me. I'm just putting my two cents in here to tell you to hang in there. You asked a fair price and you'll get a buyer. Post it on Craigslist in addition to this forum. Then take it off, wrap it up well and put it in the back of the garage. Three months from now someone is going to see your post and kick themselves for not being their earlier. G/L on the sale.
  5. Probably wouldn't work too good putting those in the back of a 04 AWD would it? Dumb question, I know. But the tall 4.10 in the earlier trucks does suck the juice.
  6. Wondering if you sold the sliding tonneau cover. If not, email me at [email protected] with a shipping quote to 67208 and your best price. I can handle the painting and the little notch cut out can be overcome. T.W. WileECoyoteSr
