  1. Just got my tuning installed this afternoon and went for the first burn of the year! Custom tuning never let's ya down! What a difference from the hypercrap!! Very impressed with it so far, just wanna throw a big thanks out to justin! I would recommend his product too anyone!!

  2. Hey there guys, well I finally finished playin with my Duramax and am ready to start playin with the ss again! I'm lookin at either black bear or Wheatley tuning, and some long tubes. From what I've read dynatech are a good option. If anyone has any other recommendations that'd be awesome! And where are you guys ordering your headers from? What other basic bolt ons are you guys runnin?

  3. Hey there just wonderin what most guys were payin for their lt's! I'm lookin at a set of ARH 1/78 without cats from lmperformance.com and theyre askin $ 1300 for them with free shipping which is a big deal for me as I live in Canada and am used to gettin bent over on shipping! I don't think that price includes ceramic coating for them but I could be wrong.

  4. well do a front mount kb kit then , make sure you have a good tuner close to you though cus it takes a lot of fiddling to get sometin like that running just right.

That's my bigget issue there's nobody anywhere near where I live that could tune it for me so I'd be drivin somewhere to get it done. Do you have any recommendations for tuners?

  5. I have an 03 ss it's no longer my dd and I wanna start moddin it a little bit I've been lookin at turbo kits and kb racing keeps comin up.

The trucks got a Volant cai, corsa cat back, and a shift kit and servos but other than that it is stock. I intend to invest in a built tranny before installing anymore mods. I know a s/c would probably be a little more reliable I just wanna do somethin a little different.

  6. Alot of it depends on the setup. The intercooler is a pretty important thing. But the tune will make it or break it. If the tune will cut timing when it needs to(when the iat's get to hot) it will make it safe for the motor. I tow with my truck all the time. Granted it is only a couple thousand pounds(2-4 sleds at a time).

I know that my i/c keeps my iat's cooler than my buddies maggie when we are towing.:jester:

what kind of intercooler are you running? i was lookin at the sts kit and from what i've read their i/c setup isn't very efficient
