At 7:30am 4/22 going south on highway 23 by the Toledo airport there was a blue ss silverado with a 507 decal On the back window. Wondering if it is anyone from the sight ?

thing is he doesn't respond to my PM. The last I herd from him was 12-16-12 and
this is his response “Omg, terribly sorry for
the inconveniance man. Shoot me your paypal and ill refund your money
immediately + lunch on me. I'll also re-mail the cap as soon as I get home.
Just got to my parents house. Been off shore for just under 2 months. Again
terribly sorry. I feel horrible. My mom has the package right here she said
when she went to go check on the house she seen the package on the door step
and its been here since. Again man I'm truly sorry. I'm not a scammer or

Still no response / center cap and I don't even care about the money.

So I have been dealing with a Guy that is a member on the forum that has sold me a center cap and dose not seam to know how to ship a part. I originally payed for this part on 10-15-12 and he confirmed he received the payment yet he could never provide me with a tracking number. In December of LAST year he sent me a PM apologizing for not sending the part and said he would refund me the money and still send me the part but as you might guess I have seen neither.
So my question to you is how should I go about calling this person out?
Is it a bad move to use his Forum name / post the PM messages between him and myself ?

I'm in from MI and as I was reading about the relay I was thinking it would be sweet if the final stop is in Bowling Green where the SS Nationals is going to be. I don't think there is time for that this year but it would be cool if the flag was at the nationals as it travels through the states. Just a thought.
