  1. DAMN!!! Congrats on the new vehicles. And I am glad to see you back here on the forum, wanted to thank you in person for your McGaughy's threads, they were very helpful for me Mr. P. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You're welcome, I'm glad they were helpful. I really like my wife's Impala and I think she likes the power too. I checked her average MPG so far and she's barely in the 17's. It's been climbing everyday though so she must be getting used to it. As far as the crew cab; I got the exhaust, CAI, and tonneau on friday. Hopefully I will get everything installed soon. I've begun searching for wheels with the intent of purchasing in the spring unless I can talk the wife into earlier. Anyone have any suggestions for 18" wheels. I was thinking about Centerline Escapes(I've seen them somewhere before : ) but I'm not convinced.
  2. Yes, there is a large CSX yard just up the road. When I got my GTO I called the dealer on the way home from making the deal to make sure they weren't going to put the front plate on. He never got the message but I got a really, really good deal on the car so I let it go. I figured if I had the front plate on then I needed a custom plate.
  3. Last week my wife decided she wanted a new vehicle, a truck in fact. When she got to the Chevy Dealership we've purchased her last 2 cars from she fell in love with an the Impala SS. When we were picking it up I inquired about how much I could get into the Colorado she tested for. But I also asked how much I could get into a Silverado for. So we both wound up with new rides. Her Impala is very nice and the Silverado has the typical options but I love being in a half ton again and the crew is great for the kiddies. Already ordered my tonneau cover, Catch All mats, molded mud flaps, Gibson Exhaust, and K&N intake. My wife won't let me mod the Impala-yet!
