[Transmission Hesitates]

i have about the same amount of miles and mine does the same thing i learned to just wait a sec b4 giving it gas

I just bought an awd SS a few weeks ago. Whenever I shift into reverse it hesitates for a second or two. It has 76,000 miles. Is there anything I should do or worry about?
