How have you managed to keep a SS in the LA area? Seems like those trucks are hunted around there!

That dealer must not have been aware of what they had! I've seen that happen a few times. Works out great for the buyer!

I searched for months for a arrival blue truck and found one last fall. I love the truck I just really need and would like to have a 3/4 ton for my occasional towing. It has 137k miles and has had 3 owners counting myself. The last owner was from Springfield,MO and put over 100k on it. I have reciepts for pretty much everything he purchased for the truck. The truck is in great condition! The driver side bedside has a dent on the top side from the previous owner dropping some wood on it. Also the driver seat has a very small spot that could be repaired but I wasn't really concerned with it. I'll post pics of what I'm talking about. Other than that I'd say just normal wear/tear for a 11 year old truck. There is NO body rust on the truck only normal rust I'd say on the under side of the truck. Here's a few things I've done since I purchased the truck. I've gotten several compliments on how good the paint looks! Repaired gauges with LED upgrade (gmgaugeguy) LED interior,driving/reverse lights. Dual in/out magnaflow muffler. Serviced front/rear differentials and transfer case. FULL detail by myself including clay bar,correcting polish,finishing polish,sealant and wax all with Adams polishes. Anyone interested shoot me a PM and I'll send you my number! I'm not looking to profit just get most what I've invested back! $12,500 title in hand!

I drove 4 hours the Springfield,MO to pick this truck up over the weekend! It has 135k miles. The guy I got it from had put the last 105k miles on it. It's a very well taken care of truck maintenence wise. It needs a very extensive detail inside and out but I can handle that. It needs the gauge cluster repaired. Where is the best place to get that done?
