    oh i agree, if you dont know how to launch your car without roasting the tires you need to stop "racing" lol truck sounds nice too btw. I usually dont even care if i get beat by a car, cause after all they are CARS not giant heavy ass trucks.

     

    he didnt burn out but i guess he was late on the clutch or something because my camaro was the same very picky clutch till i got the hang of it

    but yeah i agree there light cars on a big engine but yeah mine is a big heavy truck eather way it still defends its self over bolt on camaros corvettes mustangs all that still not done with my set up tough has a lot to come but taking it slow

    The mustang won lol just had a shitty take off

     

    long run he will take me i aint gona lie in the streets they pass me at about 120-130 and thats even if the run goes for that long and shitty take off aint my fault a race is a race no excuses on all cars take off i jump about 1-2 cars in track my truck has a nice take off

    Members used to do the nominating, the same 5 trucks got nominated for almost a year straight, with the same 20 members voting each contest. Can you say "lack of participation?"....and that is with hundeds that log in and visit the site each day. The contest was changed to spark more participation from the membership, which it has received, but it doesn't need the complaining and controversy that is being thrown in here right now.....

     

    ok understand now, but maybe as of new member coming in they see they can nominate diffrent trucks but js, something i see in every TOTM sites members do the picking

    If everybody read the rules for this contest in the submission thread, you would have seen that this contest is based purely on who posts the nicest pictures, and the contestants are chosen my Mark and myself using our discretion since we are the Moderators of this contest.

     

     

     

    If this thread gets any further off topic and turns into a complain fest, the contest will be shut down and there won't be a September/October TOTM.

     

    If you have a concern about the contest, feel free to PM Mark or myself....

    My thought's exactly, i could maybe understand why Daniel, and Jose didnt make it up there (not really active members, but badass trucks none the less. But why not Gavin?

     

    i was told they want new trucks/members on the TOTM thats why gavin isnt up there, its ok tough no big deal i know what i own and know what ive put into my ride plus im TOTM for HoustonPerformanceTrucks.com so its aright

    WoW, that thing sits perfect!!! I'd like to see a little more meat on the tires but i'm sure the drop won't allow more than that...

    yea very true, a lot of people dont understand that my front tires will scrape the fenders if i go bigger tires plus i dnt like the look of too much meat imo i think my truck sits perfect the way it is
