    Ugh.. A new engine noise surfaced this morning. Sounded like a heat sheild was rattling or something. Very intermittently. Like every 15seconds or so. I pulled over and popped the hood... Dont think its a heat sheild... :(

      Well. Figured it out. Lol. A bearing was going in one of my 100mm idler pulleys. After X amount of revolutions, it hit a tough spot and bounce the tensioner pulley. Weird I know. But the noise was super loud in the idler when using a stethoscope. Remove the belt and the noise goes away. Spin the idler by hand and you can feel how gritty it is and how similar the tin can noise is when you spin it. So new bearings and I'm good.
