Any tricks on the emblem. I have the max on my top cover. i have tried taping off it didn't come out vary well

vary nice box i was thinking about making one for my truck. i just have to figure where to put all my stuff amps and strobe light controller. i tried mounting behind the back seat just not enough room.

Everything you listed is very common and I'm also dealing with the cluster and front diff issue - only thing is mine has 112k on it so I'm doing it all myself...

I agree with Steve. I've heard there is more maintenance/upkeep with a turbo well any type of FI does but it's definately the " go-fast" route.
it all depends on the right set up if you don't do proper research and half ass it yes turbos are hi maintenance.

Ur ask for my horsepower opinion and im not gonna give it. Its a 60 E and it is what it is. Ignorence puts a horsepower rating on it. And this isnt old news. Its not intended for abuse....period. Our trucks make the situation worse due to the weight. Its a crap shoot. Some have the luck and some dont. Everyones truck is different and intended uses for them. Dependimg on the plans for the truck will depend on what unit u go with. Unless u have been through a unit and undsratand it then u cant suggest or give tech help. Untill then keep ur stock unit factory and keep ur " facts" from " GM techs" to urself.
And to answer your question direct, no I have not "blown" my tranny twice. I have spun two foward sprags which I dont consider blowing it up.

that is a weird problem i would say wheel bearing but how you make it sound. I could say the axle or CV-joint. I my self am getting into a build myself im getting ready to rebuild my transfer case for my AWD and front and rear diff since i am up there in mileage like your self.

ok for all those out there i have changed out my speed sensor like i thot the problem was and all past issues are gone but i beleave im going to have to rebuild my tranfer case. since my truck has 101000 miles and never been done.

No i do not have any check egine lights now my ABS and BRAKE light came on out of know where and the service brake system is on. Its actting like the speed sencer.
im going to try to replace the speed sencer. I think that it is setting off all my code problems. It would explain the cruse control going out wacky. If any other sugestions please let me know

starting two days ago im driving down the road with cruse control on set at 65. my truck gages started to surge rpm went up and down on there own then speed ometer also no more then 5 miles. then it went away today im driving down the road again with cruse control on and this time one quick surge and the the truck kicked out of cruse on its own now my brake is fluttering like my abs is going off only when im coming to a complete stop. DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY CLUE WHAT IM GOING THREW

trancfer case issues my self i would like to rebuild mine make it a little better i have slap in mine sounds like u-joints but its not im a little woried about the noise.
have you gotten any new news thats not here on parts for you case

i have 101000 miles on my truck and the tranny has never been opend up i have a AWD model im scared that i have slap in the transfer case. I have replaced all u-joints and the clicking sound is still there. if i have to pull it out can i put a 4-wheel drive unit it with wiring that i can shift it in and out of 4 wheel

BY ANOTHER VEHICLE THATS CHEAPER ON GAS LIKE A HONDA. I KNOW WHAT YOU MEEN ABOUT GAS MY FUEL BILL LAST MONTH WAS 4,000 . I drive all over florida for work i would by a new truck but the gas isnt mutch better.
