    so its been about four months since i drove the sss. so today i walk out into my shop uncover it hit the unlock button on the key fob and nothing. so i pull one of my shop trucks up to it to jump it off. i unlock the door with the key, pop the hood and hook up jumper cables straight to the battery posts immediately the alarm goes crazy so i hit the unlock button on the fob to shut it off. it shuts off i wait about 30 seconds with the jumper cables on, get in the truck hit the switch the starter tries to spin then immediately everything goes dark no door lights no overhead lights no power to gauges, nothing, i took the cover off the relay box nothing looks burnt or smells burnt . idk what happened.

    Thanks for the address im not beating up on any body. But the last returned email ive gotten was back in feb. And I wanted to use john for two reasons 1 im in florida so is he 2 steve only does the guages not everything else.

    And back to the topic is anyone starting a group buy on theese roll pans

    @ kelleyperformance i would definately in [email protected], but you should already have my email im that guy thats been sending you emails for about a year now trying to get your shop address, so i could send down my electronics for the l.e.d. conversion. im not trying to put you on blast. i would just like the access to the same treatment everyone else gets.

    so awhile back i ordered obx longtubes and this past weekend i had time off so i was gonna attempt the install. i lay out all the parts headers, obx y-pipes with the open cat chambers, gaskets, bolts the works. i get to looking at the headers and i notice on the passanger side header front downtube there is this little 1/4" tube and a flange with two bolt holes coming off ot it its about 4" long. 1st question is what is this for, i dont see anytrhing on the stock manifold for this. 2nd question can i cut it off and weld it up right there, or should i just fabricate a blank for the flange.

    i personally have nothing good to say about banks electronics. i dont have any thing on my ss but on my dd a chevy 3500 d-max i put the six gun on it a little over a year ago, and i have sent the IQ pack back to them 4 times, the software always crashes, it will start reading malfunction codes for parts the the truck doesnt even have.

    im down for key west any time its about 8 hours for me. I just want to know what everyone thinks about the size of this should we just leave it on this forum or should we post on a bunch and see how big we can make it. we could start calling hotels and see if we could use their parking lot, get tshirts made and all kinds of good stuff. and we could put it like 1 or 2 years down the road. just to see what this turns into.

    i noticed that hot rod does a power tour cruise through key west, but its in july. one its really soon, two thats kind of a miserable time for the whole state of florida, let alone south florida, what would be the possibility of doing our own. maybe we could post this on pt.net and tbss forum and some camaro and corvette forums and we could start our own. and do it in like january or febuary a much more pleasureable time to be in key west. also i noticed on hot rods they have an itenerary that you have to follow, and im not really down for that i was just thinking like everyone meet up in like homestead or florida city, and convoy down there, park at a hotel or two show em off for a little while, and then everyone does their own thing ( duval crawl ) . just an idea seeing what everyone thinks.

    if you are going to ride the harry potter ride don't eat before hand, I do the welding inspections on that ride and there (spoiler alert ) are three stations that have a dome shaped theatre in which it does like an imax thing, and people get vertigo all the time. Seriously they have two guys on the night shift that do nothing but clean those domes EVERY NIGHT. if youre going to go to Disney hit epcot and pass up everything else unless you have little kids. also in Orlando DEFINATELY hit up church street on a Friday night. kennedy space center is ok but its sad that place is a ghost town compared to when nasa was at full swing, I used to live over there launch days were the best. sea world is good, if you do wind up making youre way over here to tampa theres busch gardens, Clearwater beach, johns pass, anna maria island, also right next to BG is the yuengling brewry which has a beer garden, and is an all around easy way to get smashed for pennies on the dollar. if youre in tampa check out ybor city, or SOHO (south Howard) at the corner of howard and pratt street, lots of fun down there.

    I really used to hate how other people beat up on someone for their posts, weather it be bad grammar or they weren't calling a part by the right name, etc... but on this topic I have to agree with everyone else. I used to have a Tahoe on 26's and spent way more money than I care to mention on audio/video system. and all it got me was returning home from a vacation to find my Tahoe gutted sitting inside the garage, YES INSIDE THE GARAGE. on another token if youre gonna build a truck its either gonna be a sport truck. or 4x4, either slam it down or put it in the sky. but for the sake of sanity. never refer to it as a donk. that 300 looks hideous.

    atlantis is ok i was over there in 2000 when they were building it, and several times after that. youve got all kinds of fishing over there from deep sea to backwoods flats for reds, and bonefish. it is a pretty cool place, BUD LIGHT is EXPENSIVE!!!!!! but their local beer KALIK isnt bad u can get used to it. if youre not stuck on one place i'd reccomend punta cana, dominican republc. great place. or anywhere on the french side of st. martin / st. marteen

    for the 2wd models you can do just about anything. check out cal speed they have a nice 1 7/8" set with y pipe for 400 , and texas speed and performance has a nice set 1 3/4' also. every one ive talked to has told me to stay away from pacesetter they say they just dont hold up. ive been pondering on this for a while now, and i think im going to go with arh i know its a lot of money, but from what ive been told its the best route.

    please give them the business i hope it wasnt those centercaps with the ss emblem in them. because i was actually about to see if that guy still had those or if it was just a sticker he put on them. sorry about your luck. but to awnser your question yes let her rip call them out with forum name, email, personal info, and bloodtype. or just whatever youve got.
