I noticed on rock auto that some of the parts brands have 2 versions of parts with flags from USA for the cheaper one and then the more expensive ones have flags from USA and Canada next to the parts labels. I called and asked what was up they said it was better quality both parts were ac delco brand and they were ball joints as I had replaced with moog the first time they only lasted 2 years so I did them again getting dealership lowers and rock auto ac delco uppers that the dealer said they couldn't get so I'm not a moog fan but its weird that brands will make different quality parts kinda like this one sucks and for 20 bucks extra this one last

If you can try slowhawk performance in bridgewater all he works on is Ls motors he maybe able to help you out a lot better. I would hate to see you get rid of it if there was something that could be done to fix it
