Mine does it at the map lights intermittently. It has been that way for a couple of years with no problems.

Unhook the vapor line at the purge solenoid on the intake manifold and start it up. Check for vacuum at purge solenoid. There should be no vacuum. If there is, you need a new purge solenoid.

You can remove the blower motor and blower resistor and take a peek at the evaporator from the passenger floorboard. You can see a portion of it. It could also be that new compressor.

The new Mustangs have a Mustang emblem that shines on the ground from the mirror. Personally I think it's an EXCELLENT idea! Only if they were made to fit in the original puddle light and project to the ground with proper lens.

I wish they were small enough to be mounted in the side mirrors where the stock puddle light is.
