Well idk really what to do with cathedral ported heads other than nitrous I'd recommend getting some nice turbo boost cam and heads rectangular port maybe ported l92s and eventually get a single turbo maybe a 76 or 88mm they have $3g turbo kits that includes just about everything you'll need at tick performance- 6 replies

Hey the guy isn't looking to spend all the extra money he just wants some more hp so I said no more than a 150 shot of course its probably been done with you guys a 50000hp daily driver stock bottom end and stock 65e is possible. Lol

Yeah man if you don't buy the long tubes Don't put the money in the headers. At least buy some longtubes I have pacesetters ceramic coated they are 400 brand new I believe

I wouldnt really touch the block for boost applications thats just me and you should get a single 88mm turbo or twin 76s they have that kit for a single 76mm turbo on tick performance for 3000. I have a friend that runs low 10s with a lq4 victor Jr intake and a 88mm turbo in a clone ss Silverado RWD.

With a 100 you should easily run 12s I would just spray a 125 you should be good until you start spraying more than a 150 shot on the daily thats usually the limit for stock bottom ends.

Yo! Lol another question what's up with the "PTV" clearance piston to valve I don't know exactly how that works if anyone could just give me a simple explanation. Thanks I have 7.4 hardened push rods, 235 243 621 624 113 cam, soon to be 243 ported heads no milling, idk what gaskets to use just yet. Stock bottom end lq9 -

Which gaskets should I use for the 243 heads? Not trying to get 12-1 compression lol maybe between 11.1-1 to 11.4-1 -

yeah definitely get a nice supercharger cam. You're definitely going to need some trans work like maybe a transgo hd2 shift kit or superior shift kit also get a corvette servo shift kit and servo around $80 depending on how much you get it for. -
Well high compression and nitrous don't mix but some ported 243s with a 125 shot will roll nicely! Usually when people spray more than a 150 shot they have 9.5:1 compression. with some 243s your compression will raise to 11.2-5:1 so spraying a big shot especially on a stock bottom end is pushing your luck. But yeah a nice set of heads would be some 243s since you already have the tbss intake!

Same here I haven't been a part of this site since the beginning but my posts and comments get deleted or edited because somebody's got to complain about my opinions. I'm also considering leaving this site simply because most people got to nag about a question and say why don't you search, well its not that easy to find something on this site unless you search just about every dang topic.

Pick a nice NA cam if you plan on slapping on the 243s once you slap em on you will only be able to spray a little. What do you plan on just a DD right that's what I'm doing here just a heads cam intake dd ported 243s LSr cam tbss intake and possibly move on up to the LSXRT intake sometime!

I wouldn't really bother with milling 317s man. If you're looking for a bump in compression the 243s raise the compression almost 1 Rialto Idk If that's spelled right. They go for around 350 used, ported they go for 950 used, brand new 1300, new heads fully ported and bigger valves 2000.

Yeah man you don't need a built 4L80E unless your making like 800+ the stock 80e with shift kit sells for around 1300 brand new
