Studs are nice but really unnecessary IMO And as you can see its saves quite a bit!

You can use ARP LS1 cam bolts for header bolts, work great. Don't recommend reusing the factory bolts.

Yes, they will but the ohms are lower then stock from what I recall. This could damage your factory headunit. With that said I have a friend running my old Bose speakers out of my truck with a stock system for over a year now.
