    well took the SS to the drag strip tonight and ran a 10.21 1/8th not bad for mainly stock and 11years old

    We'll I found some 3in straight pipe to do a muffler delete on my corsa cat back and I'm putting it on in the morning, can't wait to hear it

      going to sound sick for sure!!! but with the 3 inch pipe and no muffler your going to lose back pressure, which will cause you to lose power =(

      I still have my cats, my buddy has an 03 just like mine and and he took his spare tire and muffler off and was able to run quicker than me with my spare tire and muffler. we have come air intakes so I think it will allow it to breath better

      Most of the time I just nail the go pedal and run away from them a bit. They seem to get the idea. I don't hit the brakes, Too many sleeping yahoo's out there and I don't want my truck hit.

      I know what you mean johnny. that's why I immediately hit the gas to pull away from them right as I hit the brakes

    Still waiting for my fog light kit to come in for the SS. Hopefully it's worth the long wait!!

      Johnny also I'm only gonna tow it maybe a few times just for fun. The rest of the time it'll be behind my moms new f-150 eco boost so it'll be fun to see my '03 SS vs her '14 eco boost on how they tow

      I am the same way! Lol wish I had another DD but if it's bad out I always snag my moms 2011 gmc Sierra haha

      LOL.. In my DD I look like a dirt poor redneck in my 1989 chevy Ext cab with a rebuilt 305 Boat motor and marine cam, beyond rusty and fenders a flappin' haha... But in the summer time I have the ole SSS with 54k miles and not a speck of rust anywhere as well as my 2011 Yamaha stryker.. Wife has a 2006 SS impala that we take on long trips though cause the 89' only gets about 9mpg

      Haha nice! Mine is an 03 102k miles with no rust at all. Upgrade from my last truck which was a '00 Stepside with rusted out rockers lol
