I have searched all the posts and I still have some questions. I have an 03 awd, and my questions are if I go 3 inches in the front will it damage my cv axels? And in the rear I want to go the full 4 inches will that throw off my driveline at all? The kit I'm looking at is from NorCal it's the one for 735 has anyone else bought this, and if so how do you like it and could you post some pics for me ? Also I may just go 2 inches in the front and 4 in the back. I like the raked look and if anyone has done that could you post some pics as well. Thanks everyone and happy thanksgiving !!!
ive been installing this kit since late 2002 when i lowered a customers first sss that came to dealer here. he has over 220 thousand miles no issues. Yes changed balljoints and bushings in arms and shocks.. you can adjust the kit from 2-3 in front and 3-4 in rear to get it to the height you want.
Wonderful. I'll be ordering the kit soon look forward to doing business with you !

*Topic moved to correct section*
To the OP, if you have tried the FPR, next step is most likely the fuel pump. What year is your SS? How many miles? If it's an '03, try replacing the fuel filter first before going to the pump....
Thank you for moving it, I was hoping someone would my bad!! It is a 2003 with 81950 miles, and I did replace the fuel filter with no luck still ! also replaced FPR, Im just stumped!

I just put new plugs in not that long ago. I'm stumpedWas your fuel pressure reg. bad? It could cost you a fortune to guess at causes and throw parts at it.
The only in tank style fuel pump that I have had go bad went from hard starting symptoms to quit altogether within 20 minutes and about 10 miles. (93 Silverado).
My 03 SSS will crank for a second or so before starting every once in a great while. (Nothing consistent, or regular)
You might try pulling a plug and checking it out. Do you know how old your plugs are?
Good luck chasing down the trouble.
I thought it was my regulator too changed it still has the issue I'm stumped!!Following your "issue".
I have the same problem here in Dubai.
In the morning when temp is 30C (85F) it's cranks just 1/4 turn & it's starts, but in the afternoon, when temp is +45C (120F) i have to crank it 3-4 turns before starting.
I have not done any trouble shooting yet, but suspect the pressure regulator...

I have a big custom auto sticker in the back window there's some pics right below this post, I'd ad some on here but I'm on my iPad. Is that your camaro I always see parked at dsc?? I love it !!!!

Ok here's my issue, I can cold start my tuck in the morning starts just fine, I can leave the truck sitting for about 25 min after it's warm starts fine however if I let it sit for anymore then 25 min it cranks several times before starting. So to recap, cold starts fine sitting for under 25 min starts fine but if the motor is a little warm takes several cranks to start (this is hard to explain typing it out) I'm just so lost I have no other issues no rough idling no bogging no lack of power, I already replaced the fuel pressure regulator and still dose it fuel pump maybe?

Just picked up my new baby last week! dynatech headers, magnaflow exhaust, ram air hood, I was told it had a blackwater tune? Im not 100% on it because the older man who had it sadly died and it was his son who sold it. I added the rims and Im looking to supercharge it soon! Hope too meet some good knowlageable folks on here to help me out!! Thanks !!
