Thank you for that. I had no idea that an aftermarket bumper cover fits over the factory one. Looks like I have to get an OEM bumper cover.

Is there anything besides the front pieces that go onto the ducts? As in actual ducting routed towards the brakes?

I understand that not everything that was on the ss Silverado will fit onto an avalanche but I'm wanting to know what will. Does the bumper cover need anything else to bolt on like brackets etc? I looked at getting the rear bumper but read that it's to wide because of ss cladding. I'm wanting to make my wife's 04 avalanche into what it would look like if GM actually produced them. Our at least close to. So far I'm just seeing wheels and front bumper cover on others clones. Thanks.

Hi, my name is Nick. My wife and I got a 2004 avalanche that was her late fathers. It has the southern comfort conversion package. It needs a new quarter piece but because of that, I an wanting to make a SS avalanche. They want more for the 2 ft piece than what we can buy a SS bumper cover for. I have seen some online and really like the way they look. It's white with black leather and fully loaded 2wd and z66 suspension.
