  1. Installed about five hundred miles ago, noticeable improvement but any new shocks would have been since one front and one rear was blown, overall I'm happy, still feels like it's riding on bump stops but they are new and I set the ride height to factory, I guess that's just how these trucks ride.

  2. So.... I have searched and read many many wonderful threads in reference to the rear window leaks on these trucks, unfortunately, mine seems to have a different problem, the front of the glass (in relation to the front of the vehicle) clips into the window frame and has been removed previously for paint work, and is loosely fitted currently due to the plastic being worn/cracked/broken. I am considering gluing the windows shut against the frame box, since nobody rides in the back seat, and rolling windows down in my truck is forbidden anyways lol. anyone else done this? I think the only other option is top replace the window frame and that looks like mucho trabajo......

    thanks in advance!

  3. I've been searching high and low through the many posts on shocks, and have not seen anything about bilstein 5100, just the yellow and blue 4600 series, the bilstein website does not show the 5100 for the SS, anyone know part numbers for the 5100 series that will work? and how are they compared to stock? or should I just get the 4600 series? thanks

btw stock ride height, stock wheels etc. and plan to tow a toy hauler and generally poor road travels

    thanks
