After learning about the problem of the wheel turning freely breaking these I took this apart see if the ribbon was broke. It was intact and did not appear to be hurt. I put it back together, centered everything and zip tied it centered. I can't guarantee that it works due to not being able to test it but it appears to be good. Make offer

I estimate the cluster to have 216,000 miles on it based on the oil change sticker on the windshield and the date written on the windshield in wax pencil by the salvage pool.

It has not been tested due to being unable to power the cab.
