If there isn't any I would say you have a electrical problem of some sort. It is funny that both seat heaters and power seats stopped operating. I would let them scan it first.
I have 2005 Silverado SS and neither of my heated seats work either. When you tap the switch the lights come on for a moment and then shut off. It doesn’t matter is it’s the passages side or the drivers side. I think that there is a short somewhere.
where would you start to look?

My O5 has a issue with both of the heated seats as well. When you press either the passengers side or the drivers side the lights on the switch’s turn on for about 10 seconds and then goes out. I have tried just pressing the passengers side and then just the drivers side. No difference and this just happened
Q: is it the wires to switch the issue or the heaters them selfs????
