Thanks. I've actually been a member since 2005, lol. Been away for about a year but I thought I'd check in and see what's going on.

Just popped in to say hi. I made another vehicle swap. I traded the Cobalt SS for a 2010 Kia Sorento. I know, I know, not a Chevy. I still think Chevy's are great vehicles and I miss the SSS and CSS but I'm on a strict budget for a while and I needed an SUV. Winter is coming and the CSS sucked in the snow, and I needed more storage space. The Tahoe is way out of my budget right now and the Equinox was more than I wanted to spend. I got a great deal on the Sorento and I have to say, it's surprisingly a nice ride. It's the size I wanted, 4x4 hi/low (which I love), and great gas mileage. Next vehicle will be another Chevy (unless I hit the lottery between now and then and can afford a Ferrari) I'm hoping some day they come out with another SSS or bring back the two door Tahoe/K5 Blazer.

Can I come over??

I've seen the black and orange one around the North Shore also. I did look twice. Again, I still love the SS and they never fail to get my head turned when I see one.

I hate to admit it because I'm dead against Ford (having been an owner before and having a lot of problems with the vehicles) but this did catch my eye. I like the interior. http://www.fordvehicles.com/f150raptor/. Chevy needs to step up, c'mon!!!

I just paid it for my 08 Cobalt SS. It's true, we already paid sales tax to have the damn thing, why do we have to pay yearly to keep it? And on top of that, I had to pay excise tax on my 400cc scooter too.

Me, I have one!!! I have a 2008. It's a blast to drive. Really hugs those tight corners. I've got a screaming yellow one, lol. Much better on gas then the SSS. Only drawbacks are not that much space for carrying stuff and it sucks in the snow. The manual transmission is smooth and it has the launch control feature (which I have yet to try out). She'll love it!

I feel for ya. I'm still crying about my SS that was keyed two months ago. Jealous bastards; nothing better to do. I hope what goes around comes around in both our cases and those assholes get it good.

Saw a Red SS this morning on Rt. 129 heading toward Lynn. I think it's someone on here as I've seen them before. Has a spoiler and a windshield visor.

They are smoke grey with red SS embroidered. They are brand new; never used. I was waiting for the old ones to get really gross before I switched but I ended up trading in the SSS.
