I have the same thing happen every now and then..... more so in reverse. It started after i swapped cams.
It doesn't do it often, just sometimes gets a bug up its arse.

Im still wondering why in the world you would pull over for an unmarked vehicle w/o any kind of emergency lights.... just hazzard lights
The on duty cops say they cant do anything to us........Exactly. I don't see why you would worry after that.
.....the off duty cop is saying r trucks can be taken to inpound for 90 day while we sit in jail! I freakin at this point but he later says if we come see him next monday he wont get the warrants for arrest and we will never hear of it again!Warrents for arrest a week later from an off duty cop????
Sounds to me like the guy just got himself off by scarin the shit out of you. I don't think he can do a thing.

HPT shows 3 diffrent values for the speed limiter. 1 for fuel cutoff and 2 for ETC (anyone know why there are 2?)
Mabey the Diablo programmer is missing one..........

I highly doubt its yer rev limiter...... sounds exactly like the speed limiter though.
I don't have any experience with the hand helds but it could possibly be a bad tune ~100+.
When i started tuning my truck I had alot of KR just over 100. It would pull hard up to that point and just loose power. A little tunning fixed it up.

Or you could just get a tunning suite like HP Tuners or EFI Live. You can tune out the MAF and just tune for SD.
