    not really a winter beater although i'm using it daily at the moment (untill my SSS gets here) i bought this to take my dogs down to the beach (wet dogs and nice trucks don't mix to well lol) its a Vauxhall Omega V6 2.5 liter which is a station wagon version of the Cadillac Catera, nice car but it ain't no SS Similar gas mileage mind lol134523828.jpg

    Great Photos Drako, Well done buddy, have you got an online gallery yet?

    I always try to take photos either an hour or so after dawn or and an hour or so before dusk, much better natural light.. we suffer for our art lol..

    i've been looking for places that will look good in the background for when my truck arrives, unfortunately i ain't got the sunshine yet.

    No Smoking here... unless its tires :D

     

    No messy or strong smelling foods or drinks that can stain either. someone once opened a soda in the back of my old truck and it took me ages to get rid of the stain...

     

    So basically

    No Smoking

    No Eating

    and Only Water for drinking

    and to be honest i don't like carrying passengers who smoke as the smell lingers on their clothes.

    You might have to travel to get the SS you want, i bought mine from a member on here and flew to floridato close the deal.. check the for sales on here i'd say 99% for sale on this site are owned by fans so the trucks have been looked after and are genuine, i saw a few for sale on ebay and other car sales websites but noticed a lot of the sellers doidn't know what they were selling,incluing a couple who had regular trucks badged up as "SS" at least on here sellers know whattheyare sellin Keep checking the ads on here something will turn up that catches your eye.

    when i bought my truck, the dealer offered me electronic rust protection.. i turned it down..

    can one buy this an install it from the aftermarket market?

    curious... chicago is rough on our vehicles.

     

     

    your postgot me thinking they use lots of salt in the UK on the roads during the wintetr and i usually use waxoyl or clean and paint the chassis regularly, i did a quick google and found this...

    rust proofing ?

     

    i'll be waxoyl and cleaning my chassis like i've always done...

    nice looking truck but i still think the SS from 03-07 still wins in the Looks department,,,,

    when are you gonna swap engines with your SS??? and will your parents notice lol

    the 6.2 sounds awesome my buddy and i looked at a 07 when we were in Florida in dec,but didn't haveone in Black so he finally settled on the only Black one we could find locally a 03 6.0 which will be folowing my SS over.
