The 6.2 Is An Option For The 09 LTZ Tahoe Also!!

OK An Update/Correction On The 09 6.2L. It Will Only Be Available On The LTZ Trim Level Crew Cab Only. No Regular Or Extended Cab. You Can Choose Between 2wd Or 4wd! Also The 6.2 Is Not Available On The Tahoe Or Avalanche Just Silverado. The 20" Wheel Option Comes With The Same Z60 Sport Suspension The SSS Has! Not Too Bad I Guess...

The SS Would Only Be Made In One Cab Configuration And A Few Select Colors Just Like 03-07 Models Just Like Every Other "Special Edition" Vehicle Made In The Past I Guess...

OK... My Girlfriend Is In Sales At The Chevy Dealer Here In Town. At Her Sales Meeting This Morning They Watched A Production Video On The 2009 Model Silverado. The 403hp 417tq 6.2L Will Be An Engine Option For The The 2009's But Not As An SS.. The Trim Level Is The LTZ Crew Or Extended Cab With Color And Options Of Your Choice!! I Built One Online! Not Sure If GMC Is Doing The Same Thing Or Not...She Didn't Know And You Can't Build 09's On Their Site Yet. Also New For 09 Will Be Chrome 20" Wheels Not The Clear Coat Aluminum! She Asked About The SS And Her Sales Mgr Said They Can Sell To A Wider Market If That "SS/Corvette Motor" Was Availible In Any Color Or Cab Configuration. So Everyone...I Thought I Would Let Ya'll Know As Soon As I Heard!!
