  1. I agree Colts/Jags is going to be a good game, i think it will also be loss number 1 for the colts.
  2. Yup pretty much, he is good against the run but horrible in coverage.
  3. The score was closer then it appears, and while the Dallas front 7 are pretty good on that defence and will improve when tank joins up, their secondary is the worst i have seen all season long, that includes a buffalo secondary that has 3rd stringers subbing in for injuries! If Dallas wants to get anywhere this season they better start looking for some guys that know how to cover people in that secondary because the players they have now suck at it to put it lightly! Lets not forget that Dallas did not even have to worry one bit about the run and still got picked apart, their secondary will be the end of them this season.
  4. Yea tonyhomo.com is freaking hilarious, it was actually updated last week when Romo threw more to the Buffalo defenders then his own teammates.
  5. The coaching staff for the bills handed it over to them on a silver platter! Cant wait for next week, after watching last night i feel very confident the patriots are going to be the undefeated team walking out of cowboy staduim next weekend.
  6. Well it looks like the UAW now has it's sights set on Chrysler and have set a tentative strike date for this wednesday if no agreements are set. Unreal that quote says it all and yet they still bitch wine and cry about wanting even more, and job security for life on top of it!
  7. I just have a strange feeling the Cowboys are walking out of Buffalo tonight with loss number 1, crazy i know but it is never a cake walk going into Buffalo! And wow did Green Bay choke last night, no way in hell should they have lost that game.
  8. It cost gm about 70-75 dollars an hour per line worker once pay and benefits get tacked on, Toyota is a good 20 or so less an hour but were the main problem lies is in the pension plans. That is what will potentially put gm out of business unless major changes are applied, gm has something around 400,000 pension plans vs. Toyota's 1,200 or so! The union needs to learn the word 401k like the rest of America has had to, either that or watch all their jobs and after that the entire UAW union crumble under it's own weight! Pretty simple concept to understand, No UAW factories in this country means no UAW jobs. What scares me the most are these UAW employees that lose their jobs will be losing prob. close to 50% of their income or even more because for their skill set their is no other place for them in this country. Without question a lot of them have been living the lives of middle class income and will have a big problem when they cant find jobs that will pay them over 12 bucks a hour like all other factory assembly line workers.
  9. I know one thing about raiders fans from when we use to get jim rome out here in mass, anytime the raiders win and the chargers lose is a good day for a oak fan. Also anytime the chargers just plain lose it is a good day for oak fans.
  10. Sounds like a typical apple product to me!
  11. Looks like gm is shutting down two more plants, how are they hiring when plants are closing?
  12. Not with that run defence, it's nice to see the packers winning after the last couple nightmares of years they have had but lets not go crazy here. Colts Patriots Cowboys Greenbay Is how i have to rank it right now, the bears are done, they are morons for even thinking that pos crew of qb's could get it done and deserve to lose this year for stupidity! I still have to give it to the cowboys for the nfc they clearly look ahead of every other team in the nfc and score at will like the pats and colts have been doing.
  13. Your right the total cost per line worker for gm was about 65-75 an hour, there was a chart done about 2 years ago that was floating around the net comparing gm to toyota and the cost difference is huge between the two. Found the chart.. http://www.npr.org/news/specials/gmvstoyota/
  14. I swear some people in the UAW just have no damn clue what the real world is like outside of these union plants, but pretty soon when they are selling off their homes and middle class lives because they went from 50+ a year to about 20-25 they will be wishing they compromised to keep their jobs! Gm is just looking to survive and they can not be paying these wages and retirement benefits and remain competitive with the competition that simply have non of these cost! What's worse gm pulling out of this country and taking hundreds of thousands of jobs with it because the unions wont budge or compromising to keep jobs here for people and making a little less? You make it sound like since it is mind numbing and boring that it should be high paying welcome to the real world were most factory jobs are this way and by the way pay 1/3 of what you make, and they don't care if you hate it because their will be hundreds of others willing to take your spot if you quit. Times have changed and it's too bad that union members do not see this, i think keeping their jobs intact rather then losing them trying to prove a point that frankly the rest of america will not care about is beyond me. Also funny how unions have tried to inject themselves into the toyota plants but their workers want no part of what they have to offer!
  15. At work listening to wfan new york sports talk, when they thought at the time it was just a small single engine plane hit.
