  1. There are a few sticky threads in the general section.
  2. Either way, you are still going to have to pray to get that tranny to hold up, even with a built one. Unless there is something magical here that I don't know about.
  3. I have heard that the intakes only flow better because of the larger TB, and that the manifold itself is sorta teh suxor, something about welded plastic or sum od reason... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That is true, in the prototype models there was a problem lining them up while friction welding the pieces of the intake together. I have since heard that GM has gotten a bit better and cleaner with the process.
  4. Have you looked into possibly doing the LS2 intake manifold off of the new SSR? It is supposed to be the same size as the truck intakes, have a 90mm DBW TB, and flow better than our truck intakes. Also it would be total about $500 instead of $1500.
  5. You are putting a stock truck intake back on it? Also, I think that most of the prople that were "having problems" with Patriot heads not flowing well were not having them done by hand, just the way they came out of the box.
  6. I would split the purge and have them come out of the brake scoops in the bumper
