  1. What if the sneaky guy has a "time dilation" device and an "inertial dampening" system installed in his sleigh? Maybe he's donating all that food to orphanages and food pantrys around the planet. and who's he callin a Ho?
  2. Thanks for the pics, but we need MORE please.
  3. My name is Jeff, and I am a nicotine addict. I have stopped nicotine for 5 months, 9 days, 8 hours, 17 minutes and 52 seconds (160 days). I've not smoked 3207 death sticks, and saved $669.84. I've saved 11 days, 3 hours and 14 minutes of my life.
  4. Congrats on the new truck, very nice
  5. Thanks JDG. That is exactly what I was looking for. I certainly appreciate you looking that up. I know the 3LT description...does the "1LZ" model = the LTZ? Thanks again. Yep, LTZ-1LZ. Like the LT groups are 1LT,2LT,3LT it's just the LTZ only has 1 for now. Your not getting rid of the SS are you? I do like the new Avalanches, fortunately no one around here knows you can get the 6.0 in them or I might seriously look at one.
  6. According to GM's online order reference guide it is available with the 3LT and the 1LZ models: RPO for the engine is L76: Engine, Vortec 6.0L Variable Valve Timing V8 SFI with Active Fuel Management (366 hp [272.9 kW] @ 5500 rpm, 380 lb-ft of torque [513.0 N-m] @ 4300 rpm), aluminum block, includes (KC4) external engine oil cooler 1 - Requires (M70) 4-speed automatic transmission, (GT5) 4.10 rear axle ratio and (Z55) Autoride Suspension Package. Hope this helps
  7. I couldn't imagine you getting rid of your truck with all the work you've done to it. But, if you want to know the RPO for the aluminum block engine is LH6. According to the online order reference guide it is only available in the CK10543 truck which is the 4x4 crew cab. I hope this helps and please keep your truck, it's awesome!
  8. And please NO puke pics
  9. I think we got your Texas dirt here in Tulsa. It just turned a reddish haze outside about an hour ago and the wind is gusting over 45 mph. Thanks. You can feel the grit hit your face.
  10. Those are good, especially the last one.
  11. Those are great. But, here's my favorite Neil Peart of Rush: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjhylyA_OR8
  12. mounting your mufflers like this will cut down on the drone quite a bit.. you get a lot of sound waves comming from the top and bottom of the muffler and it bounces up aginst the bed, stacked like that the sound waves go out the side of the truck making it quieter. off setting the mufflers some about 1/3 from each outher helps even more, less sound waves trapped between the mufflers...... You are right. I have no resonance in the cab. Before I did this is was really bad. Outside it is a lot louder, and has a lot deeper sound to it. You can feel it inside the cab more than hear it. Of course, I've got about 3 rolls of dynomat in my cab also.
  13. Dumped mine and it sounds awesome! Pic:
