The octane booster you find at part store is really junk.If it say it increases the octane 7 points,do not be fooled.That is .7 points which is not even 1 full octane point!!

I would not put 87 octane in your tank.The LQ9 has 10.1:1 compression and even the dealer recommends 91 or higher

Regardless what you believe we will be doing it for the customers needs.If they do not want to run 93 octane all the time,then load the 87 or 89 tune.

charlie ur a silly guy luke u got urself a good tuner there lol. tried to work with him when i was turbo but didnt ever get a chance to make it down there then BOOM goes the tranny and turbo comes off. lol

Valvoline is good also though

 

Any particular oil by amsoil? looking at their website they have several to pick from. and one problem with them is there is no one in my area that carries amsoil so id have to order it :\ im thinking i will stick to valvoline
