I just ordered a new 08 QC z71 all terrain with the LQ9 6.0. Does anyone know how the exhaust is ran on these? Wondering if it's dual or single in and if theirs a full exhaust catback for it, or if another truck spec. would match this one that will work. thanks for any info. Also what changes have they made to the LQ9 from previous years to get the extra HP/Tq? Is it just tuning or what? thanks again

take a rubber mount from your exhaust hanger bracket. the high temp rubber. Cut a few peices and stick them in between the header and the frame. no more problems. Redneck I know but it's the only thing that worked for my truck.

their would be a noticable idle and sound difference. the 224/112 rthumps enough to let you know it's their. I think you put in the wrong cam or your received the wrong cam. It would have alot of problems at idle without a tune.

I know they had to change out my water pump for a older/new one. Other then that I would really like to know.

I've had mine on my 2007 classic since October. Did they change something?

are you keeping the cats or getting rid of them. It will pop really bad if you get rid of them. If your going to run one chambers IMO just do bullets.

I am putting my other one I have on my radix which is in a 5.3 with Lt and exhaust. When I do that Also have a cam going in. you should see around 8lbs I believe. it's not to wild or anything, that's why I picked it. Also if you have different heads that will drop your boost some.
