    haha how is that supplement plan working for you. I cant say i have ever heard of it though. If this is gonna be a "how much ya bench" column ill start it off. 365 for 5 reps on the flat bench and 325 for 5 on incline bench. lets hear what you guys are putting up.

    yea ive had the best results from niox than any other no supp... ive tried nitrix (which did absolutely nothing for me), white blood from controlled labs which is alright, noshotgun which is pretty good also... and a few others which i cant remember.... but, niox is the best for me... its made the veins come out on my forarms and bi's better than anything else ive tried, and the pumps are real good... and for a 300lb guy i think thats pretty impressive... as for any sides i havent noticed any...

     

    you should def. try plasmavol then. Its like the same concept as a nitric oxide except it works for the plasma of your blood instead of the blood vessels. yeah everyone is diffrent with supplements I always took the nitrix with no xplode so that may have influenced it a bit. I tried the white blood from controlled labs too and it worked ok but i prefer to take the no xplode prior to working out. You should check out that website because we took basically the same supplements. and you liked no shotgun? i was thinking about trying to take that.

    Last summer I put on 22 inch black rims with a chrome lip. This summer Im blacking out my tail lights, and either getting a 2 inch drop, a new hood, or a bed cover and rug. What do you guys think. By the way black is def. the best because it just looks the best when its done right.

    yeah it def. is but sometimes it is tough to eat that much food...if you guys are interested im trying to do a supplement review website...so if you want check it out www.bestsupplementreview.com its free I just wanted to put some of my knowledge out there to potential lifters...thanks guys let me know what u think about it

    I see there have been some complaints about bryan recently but I think he did a fantastic job. I called him onc eand asked him about a retune and he recomended it, so i sshipped it to him on monday with a money order for the retune and i recieved it back today. Very good shipping very good work and it runs great. I really appreciate the good service and the quick handling of my product. Made me feel like he viewed the transaction as more then another customer. Then you very much bryan :cheers:

    Asked me if i wanted to run one from a stop. I have an outlaw cai, tog headers, corsa sport exhaust, 160 * tstat, taylor ignition wires, zippy shift kit all tuned by pcm 4 less. I also have 22 inch rims which add some weight to the truck. He is stock what do you guys think?

    my little brother just got a 93 typhoon with 68,000 miles on it. I have TOG headers, corsa exhaust, pcm for less tune, Zippy shift kit, and Volant CAI I cant wait to line up with im but I still gotta wait till my car gets out of the body shop. Been a whole month now since my accident hope i get my girl back soon. :mad:
